Who we collect data about

Two separate groups, kept separate in our systems.

Dispensary buyers. If you place a wholesale order or send an inquiry, we store your name, business email, phone, job title, your dispensary and its New York licence number, and the contents of your orders. We need this to fulfil orders and to meet New York record-keeping requirements for cannabis transactions.

People who join the mailing list. If you opt in, we store your email, optionally your name and ZIP code, the date you opted in, and your confirmation that you are 21 or older. We use it only to tell you about new products and pop-ups.

We do not sell cannabis directly to consumers, so we never take consumer orders or payment details.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
We do not send marketing to anyone who has not explicitly opted in and confirmed they are 21 or older.
We do not send wholesale or trade material to people on the consumer mailing list.
We do not process card payments on this site.

Location

The "find nearest" feature asks your browser for your location to sort the stockist list by distance. That calculation happens on your device. Your coordinates are not sent to us and are not stored.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly page analytics that count visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. The only cookie we set is a sign-in session for our own sales team.

How long we keep things

Order and buyer records are kept for as long as New York requires cannabis businesses to retain transaction records, and then deleted. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@julianyc.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will action deletion requests except where we are legally required to retain a transaction record.

Age

This site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell the people affected.
